During the Discovery phase, we focus on developing project strategy and formulating creative, tech and production briefs.

We deep-dive into your organisation, conduct stakeholder interviews, review information shared, and conduct our own independent research.

This will translate into a proposed project timeline and roadmap that details what we want to build, how we intend to do so and why, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders along the way to ensure success.
