Originally from the midlands, Sophie graduated from the University of Derby with a BA hons in Commercial Photography and swapped country living for the big city lights of London soon after. She realised that she was much happier in front of a screen where the magic happens than behind a camera, and joined the Happy Finish team as a represented artist in 2012 where she has been ever since and is still loving every minute of it.
Trained as an advertising photographer in Germany, Rainer studied Photography at Bournemouth before taking an MA in History of Art. A co-founder at Happy Finish, Rainer has since collaborated with students, photographers, art directors and ad agencies worldwide on award-winning fine-art, editorial and commercial projects.
Jake joined Happy Finish as a represented artist in 2009 after deciding to shake things up and move across the waters from Australia. Originally trained in graphic design, Jake found his true calling in creative retouching and now enjoys delivering projects for international clients and brands such as Nike, Land Rover and Sky.
Christopher started carrying an SLR camera around in his teens, using community darkrooms to bring images to life before moving on to art college. He ran a small studio in East London before making the jump to retouching and joined Happy Finish as a represented artist in 2009.
Ned graduated with an MA in Media Production and started working in the post industry in 2005. Colour grading quickly became his passion and he worked at a number of well known post production and special effects companies before joining Happy Finish in 2012. Over the years he has worked with big name brands such as Guess, Burberry, Rimmel and Jaguar and has graded promos for Example, Dizzee Rascal and Alesha Dixon, amongst others.
Matteo La MottaCGI ARTIST
With over 15 years experience working in CGI at studios such as The Mill and MPC, Matteo became a Happy Finish represented artist in October 2018. His degree in Digital Design ignited his passion for lighting environments and modelling characters for a wide range of commercials using programs such as Maya, Arnold and Renderman. Matteo’s specialities include LookDev, lighting and rendering. He particularly enjoys modelling, texturing, compositing and dynamics.
